Digital Products (Template Kits, Tools, Courses)

• All digital product sales (e.g., template kits, online courses, digital tools) are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.

• Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • You were charged twice due to a technical error.

  • The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

Services (Website Development, SEO, Marketing)

• For service-based projects, partial refunds may be issued before project commencement, after deducting consultation/processing fees.

• Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, refunds are not possible.

Subscription Plans

• Subscription payments (monthly/annual) are non-refundable once billed.

• You may cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future charges.

• No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:
